We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

    Best Thongs I’ve ever owned

    Beautiful colour and very supportive. I bought one pair and found them so good for my arches that I purchased another 2 pairs. Arch pain in the morning is gone.

    Loving my new Jandals

    These are the most comfortable jandals I have ever owned. I took them to the beach and usually when your feet get wet and sandy the jandals are slippery and uncomfortable, but these are amazing. Totally recommend them. Removing the sand on them and came off really well when they were dry.
